Where are your products made?

We are proud to be a British company and wherever possible we design, source and manufacture here in the UK. In fact, over 80% of our range in made right here in Bristol. Where we can’t manufacture in the UK we try to ensure that we use fair and ethical suppliers. Our felt catnip toys, for example, are manufactured by a community organisation in Nepal and our orders help bring much needed employment to women in the mountain villages. The toys are then infused with our premium organic catnip herb and packed here in Bristol.

Where do you source your catnip herb from?

We source premium, organic and very high strength catnip herb and use the leaf and flower from this in our products. Our buyer purchases the best they can find from places such as the USA and Canada.

What are your shipping charges?

Our shipping charges start from as little as £1 - when selecting our ‘saver’ delivery rate at the point of checkout. This is dependent on the weight and size of the order.

What are your delivery times?

For UK orders we aim to dispatch within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of your order, although at busy times such as Christmas this may be longer.

Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items within 1 working day from the point of dispatch.

Saver items should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the point of dispatch.

For European orders shipping will take up to 10 working days. Shipping charges to Europe start from £4.50.
